This is a blog chronicling current health issues, triathlons, sports related injuries and just silly stuff that goes on in the life of John Tuggle and family.
I am amazed that the most simple small things can make life so great. I spent the past weekend with my girls camping and will tell you that simple stuff = the big memories. I love it and thank God for a blessed family.
